Return Eligibility:

Items must be returned within *7 days* of purchase, with proof of purchase.
Products must be *unused, unwashed, and in original condition* with tags intact.
Items eligible for return include *clothing items* such as three-piece, one-piece, and two-piece outfits, burkhas, hijabs, boys’ collections (Punjabi pajamas, sherwanis, shirts, pants, polo t-shirts), and boys’ winter wear (jackets, hoodies, sweaters, blazers, and kotis), as well as girls’ blazers and sweaters.

Non-Returnable Items:

How to Return:

1. *Visit* any of our three showrooms in Rajshahi.
2. Present the item(s) with proof of purchase to our customer service team.
3. Choose an exchange or a store credit option if the item meets return eligibility.

Refunds:

Refunds are available only in the form of *store credit*.
In cases of product defects or errors on our part, a *full refund* to the original payment method will be processed.
